Navigation Problem (need it to fill width)

Hi

Could someone give me some help with this please http://www.designhomemanagement.com/new/

The main navigation widths are different when viewed in IE and FF.

What I want to happen is for the navigation to fill the entire width - you can see an example here of how I need it too look here http://www.designhomemanagement.com/new/example.jpg

I have been struggling all day with this, so any help would be much appreciated!!
