My site VALIDATES!! Almost .... :-(

I am happy with how close I have come to getting this site to validate with both HTML and CSS.

My only remaining HTML validation issue has to do with some javascript on this page:
    http://www.stoneycreekwebdesign.com/vitex1/security.php

One error remains - the onClick issue - any suggestions on how to implement this cleanly so there are no errors?

My second remaining validation issue has to do with my "Contact Us" page.
    http://www.stoneycreekwebdesign.com/vitex1/contact.php

I am not to clear on how to use forms, but I have this working, writes to a mySQL database, and sends an email as I want it to. But, obviously, I am not understanding some issue because there are 45 errors! Most are duplicates - any suggestions here?

Thanks to all you great people, worldwide, but special thanks to the United Kingdom and Austrailia - you know who you guys are!

The JS in HTML validation error is easy. You wrote onClick. Make the "C" lowercase. Lemme look at the other issue for a minute.

The second one is also a breeze. Change all your "<br>"s to "<br/>". In other words, add a trailing / to all the breaks.

Thanks for the kind words, Chris. My wife and I have been meaning to get back to Boston soon - what a great town!
