SOLVED :: CSS Posistioning issue in IE 6
I have just begun building a website driven by css. this is my first fully css website.
I have been using Firfox to evaluate the layout as i build it. I got to the end of a certain stage and thought i might look at it on IE to see if it all looks good.
Everything initially looked fine. but then i noticed a problem.
On the site the user can click a play video link. A small block will pop up to the other side of the layout with an embeded WM player that then begins playing the video.
This block pops up in IE, but it then for some reason chops off the lower part of the layout. Secondly and more curious is that it doesn't stay fixed horizontally. If you adjust the IE window size left to right, the block containing the embeded player moves.
Like i said everything works fine so far in Firefox, but does not in IE. i have not tried opera or safari yet.
here is a link to the site if that will help: the site

Alright, after further reading,
cures the issue of part of the layout being cut off. However i still have an issue in that the "video" block still moves side to side.
I will conquer this yet...

I had the "main" containing block </div> before the scrip for the video block so IE looked at the video block as it's own floating block not constrained by the mian block attributes.

It happens to me every now and then.
I will look and look, try things, and not have success. SO i post a question, then within a few minutes find the answer or figure it out myself.
I like to add the solution for those that may run into the problem themselves.
