    webpage not the way i wanted it to be

    i am making a site and i borrowed a code from brainjar.com.. i borrowed the menu bar. i want it to be viewed in a browser with a width of 100%. it displays fine with ie but when i view it with firefox, it seems that it's always more than a 100%. i don't want a scrollbar to appear below the browser if it is not needed.
    sori for the bad explanation.. i'm trying hard to explain all the details..

    here is the site:
    http://geocities.com/noypi_baller/

    the css and js files are there..

    one more thing... why does the it reload when i press the menu? pls help...

    Take out the border width

    Code:
    div.menuBar {
      background-color: #f2f2f2;
      border: 0px solid;
      border-color: #f2f2f2 #f2f2f2 #f2f2f2 #f2f2f2;
      border-bottom: 1px solid #cccccc;
      padding: 4px 0px 6px 0px;
      text-align: left;
    }
