I'm looking for some decent click thru networks.....$.05 and up....
Isn't there one network that lets you put any image or text on the URL?
I could say "Click here for more info" Or have my own image, and I get
$.05+ for that?

i think you are talking about allclicks. they offer 3 cents for any traffic and you can link it to anything that follows the TOS. http://www.allclicks.com
Its run by standard internet although they do pay alot of people its clear that they don't pay some people, You have to follow there TOS to the letter one mistake and you are out and they won't even tell you they kicked U out.
If you want to run any standard internet program I would sugest a search of all the main webmaster forums, then you can make your own mind up.
They also do clickthrutraffic.com which is ismilar but works on second click, worth exploring.
Standard Internet is a very reputable company. Something like 30,000 members. They run numerous advertising companies including SearchTraffic.com, which I have been payed by before.
