My day job involves the running of a website in the UK that helps small businesses to get on-line and (hopefully) start down the rocky path to true ecommerce ! Traffic to the site is very healthy but we're now looking at turning the site more into a community as the end of our funding approaches.
The site is hosted on IIS so I'm looking for recommendations for an ASP-based forum. Because we have PR6 I'd like particularly strong moderation capabilities - perhaps the ability to approve the first 5 posts from each user - to prevent spammers running riot as has happened with similar sites eg here.
The ability to wrap an existing site design around the forum would be nice too as its got to fit into this site Opportunity Wales (new design launching tomorrow that works in FireFox and IE).
