    HTML src

Is there anyway to import an HTML file? Sorta like the <script src> tag? Because I want to have a good navigation system on every page, updating every page after I get a new link is unreal, and the only answer seems to be a frameset. Framesets are themselves unstable and laggy.

Ok, I think I know a way to do this. I will just use the document.writeIn("this is my HTML") in my .js file. However, I need to know how to write the " thing in there. What is the HTML symbol for the quote? is it "/"?
