    Hi Everyone

    OK, may be I am being dumb P) but can't help asking ...

    If you take a look at the frontpage of Microsoft's site (couldn't see it somewhere else .. hehe) you see the over effect on the navbar on the left. How do you highlight the entire cell like they did?

    Any answer would highly appreciated

    Here's a way to do that, I think, roughly based on code at http://www.homepagetools.com 's left nav:

    Code:
     <tr><td height=20 bgcolor="#0071ff" onmouseover="over(this,'#3399ff');" onmouseout="out(this,'#0071ff');" onclick="clicked(this);" align=center valign=middle><a href="">Link Here</a></td></tr>
    This would make the table cell containing the link change bg color when the mouse passes over it, then change back. Probably similar to how MS is doing it, I didn't check.
