Hi,
Simple question really.
What are the laws and rules surrounding the idea of pulling data from other websites.
For instance we have a nightlife city guide type website and I would like to pull comments and other information from all of the other cityguide type sites.
I know how to get the information but is it legal? Where is the line drawn etc.
If credit is given to the site it pulled from then is that sufficient etc.
Well, ask permission.
You can't legally steal content (pulling w/o permission = stealing).

You cannot use any content from any other website without permission from the owner/owners of the content.
