    :confused: PROBLEM USING PHP/MS ACCESS 95

    Dear All,
    I have a web package on this site:-
    http://www.bauchicomputercenter.com/portal.php

    My login page uses MS ACCESS 2000. And it worked after manipulating some things.

    To log in as administrator use:-
    PSN number = administrator
    PIN = joy

    Now the bone of contention.
    The package is meant for civil servants of the state. I only use the databases generated by their payroll software. The databases are MS ACCESS 95.
    Gladly, everything worked perfectly on my computer but on deployment, it has been futile.

    To log in as a valid user,:-
    PSN number = 121952
    PIN = bauchi

    With this, you will get ADODB error. All databases are not passworded.
    But I have been unable to query the MS ACCESS 95 databases where needed data lie.

    Can anyone help out please???????????//

    Is it that the database is absolutely old to work on that server though it worked perfectly well on my laptop?

    A friend told me one can't raise lower version of database to higher but higher can be downgraded to lower.

    Is this true??????????????
