    security

I'm setting up a site using Apache/MySQL and PHP.
What are the main or basic security issues I should be looking at: I can stop users getting access to code with permissions but what about access to data in my database etc. Is this accessible in any way (ie. can it be corrupted etc)? Any hints would be much appreciated.

Users shouldn't be able to access your database unless they have a username/password combo for it.

I think your biggest concern would be the operating system itself and apache. Although both can be easily secured if you take the time to do it right.

But, I am no security expert.
