Generally, the following process occurs every 10-20 minutes, particularily when I'm trying to get something done:
a) check email
b) visit sitepoint forums
c) visit an alton towers forum (that i'm a regular on)
d) visit my ex-local cities forum
e) visit my academic departments official forums
f) visit my universities IT department forums
g) visit TSR (yet another forum).
i) check google adsense stats. compare with cPanels 'latest visitors'
j) close browser when memory usage reaches 200mb
I've taken to working in the kitchen and forcing myself to have no internet, its the only way I can avoid procrastinating...

All my sites (To make sure there are no problems)
All my clients sites (To make sure there are no problems)

Oh, and lately, the latest news on www.wordpress.org
(Im simmering,waiting for 1.6/2.0)
Google Advertising (for Adsense) too - its a terrible addiction, a lot of productivity is lost because of checking stats, but I can't help it, I keep thinking 'maybe today will be a new record'. Who else feels this way?
I also have the "today could be a new record" mentality and check my stats very frequently during the day ...
As for when I first login, I visit:
1) Mail
2) Adsense
3) Fastclick
4) Bidvertiser
5) Amazon Associates
6) SitePoint
7) ZeroPaid
8) AllHipHop
9) SOHH
10) Several Car Forums
After checking SitePoint I usually have about 20 threads open, from which I go through over the next 20 mins or so whilst working.
SP sure is addictive, I pretty much have a SP thread or two open at all times during working hours ...
Maybe I should spend more time working *shrug*.
