    PHP and Access

Since I don't want to work directly with access through php, I'm wondering how I can generate a file that could be imported into an access database. I want to download the file off the webserver and open it in access and have it entered into my fields. I know this sounds retarted but I'm doing this site for a client and they don't trust the internet or anything having to do with www... its lame I wanted to do it all online but the customer is always right. Can I have php create a comma delminated file? and have the go into access? I'm not familiar at all with access, but I can get what I want out of PHP. Basically, what should I make the data look like in the file.

Edit: I should really learn to shutup, and to start to read, below, might be alright for Excel, but I'm not sure about for Access.

A line in a CSV file output by Access will look something like this:
    Matthew,Prosser,WLCO,1500JB,T3/1,04:31.02,Q,04:26.28,

If there is no value in something, it will just be like
    Matthew,Prosser,WLCO,1500JB,T3/1,04:31.02,Q,04:26.28,,,,
Where the last three columns have no value, so if you set up your file like that, it should be okay.
