Upload files from a camera

Hai all,

I need to upload an image file from a camera. Please any one can help me to upload through a PHP script. The camera will be placed in the top of big tower in a city and I want to get the image file from the camera to my site.

is the camera connected to the internet, always? is the camera taking still pictures or have you got it like a webcam?
