My company is setting up a site, using Verisign's Payflo Pro as our gateway. The documentation's great and the implementation's pretty straight-forward. The only question I have, is about chargebacks. When one occurs, how do I, or more specifically, my code, find out? There doesn't appear to be an interface, which Verisign calls, to notify me. Do I have to inquire about transactions, 30 days after settlement, to see if there was a chargeback? Thanks.
