    Someone used this card to purchase parts from us worth 1500.00 , the card checks out and the person signed for it! Now they have reported this charge as FRUAD to their credit card compnay...

    So I need to find the issuing bank and call them

    Did you receive a chargeback? You don't need the issuing bank, you need to send proof of delivery to your credit card processor

    Well, if the CC begins with a 4, it's a Visa.

    3 = amex
    4 = visa
    5 = mastercard
    6 = discover

    im not sure where you can find the resource that would let you identify which bank it came from but it should exist somewhere
