Cognigen's affiliate program any good?

Can anybody, who is perhaps not an agent/affiliate, give an indepedent opinion on Cognigen? The company has been around for a long time, and they pay lifetime/residual income, but it seems dangerously close to Network Marketing. Then again, Affiliate Programs are no less sleazy.

Any advice on Cognigen? Would you recommend it?

Have to ask 'cos the majority of affiliate programs we've been with have ripped us off in one way or another

I can't speak from personal experience, but a friend of mine has used Cognigen for quite some time now and has had great success. I joined as an affiliate but have never done much with my affiliate links. Their computer and software section is a joke...
