    what can i say to client ?

    please what can i say when contact client in my town ?
    by email !
    telephone !
    also if do contact direct to his company !
    i need a words business, psycho..
    now, i'm working in my portfolio, i'm biginner in design graphic, webdesign, can i find a ressources for words business and win so many client by beautiful words, there more than 316 clients in my town, i like to contact them in this year with (email - telephone - contact direct ).

    I would definetely go for emailing, not phone. And give some more thought to your mails than to your forum posts.

    I don't think we know so much about marketing tactics in your country. You are probably a far bigger expert than most other people here about that. So we should ask you for advice.

    Except for that there are some marketing principles that applies all over the world. For that I would start reading sales and marketing books. Go to e.g. Amazon.com. Just remember that much of it is aimed at the American market and culture, so you need to adapt it to your own culture.

    Oh, one more thing: If you've only begun doing web design I would spend time improving my skills before selling them. Trying to wrap a bad product in "beatiful words" and cheat people, isn't nice. If the words are beatiful, the product should be even better. That's called exceeding customers' expectation, and is the first step to a successful business.
