I've read over the Medkit article a little....
-But what type of questions should I ask on my surveys?
-Are there any scripts to analyze the stats...
I don't want to to have to count how many people are Male, and the rest of the questions....Then do %'s of that. That would take a long time to do...

What other free scripts would be helpful in putting together a medkit?

I know Dart is fairly expensive, and RealMedia Isn't free. I've heard of both...
Anything free? Or pretty cheap?

Actually, you should use a service like Zoomerang or the free, but ad-filled service FreePolls.com offers. This will allow you to add questions and it automatically calculates things for you. Should I have a POP-Up asking these questions, try to add some lines to my forum sign up, or just have a "survey" page....?

Would advertisers trust these results?
I may take off the "results" button since there will be more than one question, and results for each may look stupid.
I won't be selling my ad space directly for a while, but I want to be ready when the time does come.

Typically, you need at least 200 replies to your survey in order for it to be considered accurate.

Well, on that freepolls thing....Would there be a way to have multiple questions and they only have to submit once?
I don't want them to have to submit for each question, I'll take off the Results link, or should I leave it?
Should I put a results link in my media kit?

If I can't have say 10 questions/page and only submit once, then I probably won't use that.
I'm sure there are some other scripts that could do this....

Try looking at CGI-Resources.com -- you should be able to find a script that does the trick.
