Writing Contracts

I'm new here so if this has been addressed already go ahead and point me in the right direction.

I have a question on how to write legal contracts or where I can have them done. I have a software company that wants to include something I made in their software. We have come to all the terms but now they want me to put all those terms into a contract. I'm not a lawyer and wouldn't know how to write a legal document up for this, I don’t want to look like I can't handle the business deal so I don't want to ask them for any advice

I have all the terms we agreed on, it's just a matter of putting it all together in a legal contract; it would be a distributors contract. I've looked for contract templates on google but I don't want to go spending $30-$99 on something generic and it not turning out right.

Any advice on this would be very helpful. Txs.

If you need a legal agreement, the best thing for you to do is hire an attorney. That's the only way to know that the contract is done right.
