Hosting Automation on Plesk?

A while back I bought a server using Plesk, as I love plesk very much. However, I think I may have bit the bullet with it. I want to set up a hosting company to offset a little bit of the vosts, but I cannot find any program that would help me with the creation and billing of aco****s. Does anyone know of a software that would help me do this? I need people to be able to get accounts set up the moment they buy the hosting, much like WHM for Cpanel.

Any ideas?

It will actually set the accounts up? I thought it only handled billing.
