Looking for $0.15 - $0.20 Per Click Program

I know that sounds like a lot, but I am looking for a program that can provide that. Here is what I am looking for:
#1) $0.15 - $0.20 Per Click
#2) Banners that are targeted towards webmasters. If you know of programs not targeted towards webmasters, let me know as well!

Unfortunately, that is really tough in this market. More and more advertisers are shying away from CPC as a result of cheating. Most CPC runs in the .06-.10 range from companies like i-clicks and clickadvance.

honestly I really don't think you will see rates like that for atleast 6 months... Even Ad Agencies are finding it hard to get $.20 a click, and to pay you $.15 or more would be very hard. Try going to webmaster sites that you know advertise. Call or email them asking if they want to advertise on your site. I don't suggest asking for $.20 a click, try $.17, and if they say no say $.15...

I better change the question. What is the highest paying, most reliable, affiliate program you have been with?

When I was an affiliate ValueClick was the best. they did $.10 a click. Also try fastClick they have some ads at $.15 a click, but they serve 80% defaults... Basically you shouldn't expect too much money right now, as I said I suggest you to try to find your own advertisers.
