Questions to put to College Board

I have the amazing opportunity to get up really early tomorrow on one of my off days, come into college, and sit through a boring meeting between staff and people representing Plymouth University. Sadly, my being there this time is an absolute waste of time because I have nothing to ask these people, even though I'm supposed to question them on how crap our college facilities are. Because of this, I thought I'd create this thread for people to fill dummy questions in that I can give to the board. Stuff like:

Why do we use older versions of Programming Language IDE's?
There are a lack of chairs. What are you gonna do about it?

I understand that you know nothing about my college and the problems we have, but it'd be nice to have something to point me in the right direction of what to ask. Maybe great stuff your college/university has that I can ask for, or something like that.

I'm practically being forced into going, and if I don't, I'll have the lecturers on my back for weeks, as well as the higher staff.

I would ask them why students have to waste their time sitting through boring meetings instead of learning something useful

Don't make a joke of their meeting, they're only trying to help.

And what's wrong witht he questions you already asked?
e.g. What is our software replacement cycle? Annual, Bi-annual, semi-annual? Can we expect to get more recent versions of the IDE's? If not, Why not? or if so, when?

    They were asked last meeting.

Anyways, I've just finished the meeting. It was the most boring 4 hours of my life. I managed to pull some good questions out of my *** though. I *****ed about how crap some rooms are, asking why the college doesn't teach Java to Higher Education students, even though the argument that has always been "If you know C, you'll pick up Java in minutes" isn't as valid as they claim, the need for other operating systems to be available easily around the college, and my favourite which I picked up from here "The Subject of Web Standards being taught in Colleges" I think I bluffed my way through that very well.
