Affiliate marketing books and courses - No Scams

I've been searching around looking for books and courses on affiliate marketing. Sure, I've seen many "Make Millions!" style books, and that's my problem. I've seen so many scams and books by authors with no experience, it's ridiculous. Surely there must be some worthwhile books and courses available.

Please let me know, and keep the budget under $50.

- Log in to your affiliate account.
- Download the _free_ ebook called "Make your site PREsell" or something along those lines. Actually meant to be a manual for one of their services, but it contains plenty of useful tips on how to do well with CPS programs.
