    Different If Statment

    I'm currently editing a script and I came across this.

    Code:
    if(curdate()>member_expired,1,0)
    I'm trying to understand it, my best guess is that if curdate()>member_expired = true then the result is 1. If it is false then the result is 0.

    Am I correct, or am I completely wrong? I wasn't able to find anything on php.net or here about it.

    this is also a part of a SELECT statement for MYSQL, so my second thought is that this is code for SQL, not PHP.
