How do you manage your daily tasks?

    Hey,
This is to users that have a lot of work for business or running their sites.

What do you do to manage your time and make sure you don't forget about anything?

I'm having less and less time lately and time management is getting harder plus I have so much to do I'm forgetting things

I have an excel projects file that I use to keep track of where I am on certain projects as well as when they are due. Also, yesterday I downloaded the trial version of time panic and so far I like it!

You mean you are supposed to organise what you do?
    Hmmm.... interesting concept.
I suppose it could work better than running into the office in a blind panic trying desperatley to remember what the hell you were working on and why there is a half eaten sandwich on top of the PC!

Not that I do that of course......

I'm also running out of time lately, is there any software that lets you add tasks.

For example task 1 starts at 12:00 and it alerts you to being task 1 and it ends at 14:00 and tells you to stop and alerts you off the next task and so on?
