    wierd output

    Hi all.. Im trying to print out this variable that has a very large number in it.. and the out put is reading
    "1.#INF"
    whats that mean?

    INF may stand for infinity?

    I think the number was two big.. I made some adjustements and now the out put is

    7.837433594377E+015

    now..is there a way for that to to display noarmaly and not in scientific notation

    No, I don't think you can. I could never figure out how to do it. I asked about that on here a while ago. Never got an answer.

    But if you do find out, get ahold of me. I would really like to know

    oh well... I can just hte move the decimal the old fashioned way

    if u dont know what I mean,, u move hte decimal the amount of spaces indicated after the E+
    so this one was 15
    so the number would be
    7837433594377000.00
