MS SQL Server: Local -> Web DB

I have a couple databases in Microsoft SQL Server 7 that I need to be moved onto the public web server. That is, not on my local intranet. My local computer has only dialup access and I will not be sending data back and forth, just adding and updating the database on the public server. Should I just send the scripts to build the tables or what is the best method here?

In Enterprise manager you can export the databases to whatever Sql Server you wish.

Right click on the database in Enterprise Manager > All Tasks > Export Data

The wizard is pretty easy to follow.
