LOL .. I dont know how much you can copyright the display style there.

Who is to say that yahoo even originated their layout style, maybe they found it on some obscure site .. of course, probably not. Either way, its lame. I like how on cool home pages, they ( maybe still ) link to the knockoff sites that copied their layout / color scheme. Kind of a running joke there, but I doubt yahoo would acknolowdge this with a "copycat" directory listing.
