Client wants 1 DB to email, do SMS and keep his accounts on??

I have a client that wants to do everything from one packake, keep his accounting records, email customers and SMS drivers from, all from one database, so he enters details once and thats it.
Is there a software package that can do this? He is looking at using Quicken, I think. He also talked about having this DB on the web but Im not sure if that will be necessary.
One issues that made it hard wherever he has enquired till now is that he want to be able to send SMS's to groups that he can edit for each SMS. Say send to all, 50 drivers in the group, then untick 10 of those so only 40 drivers get the SMS. Apparently the SMS solution he looked at wouldnt do this, seems simple enough?

Sending SMS to groups is a simple process (if that is what you are trying to do)?

we have such a solution, we run on MS SQL server and have multiple sms blast daily.

    What we do is have
    1. A phone book, which would be implemented in a combo box, ie group A. When he chooses it, it takes him to another page, which shows him all users, as check boxes, all checked. And then he can uncheck those he doesnt want to recevie them.

    2. The second option is to use a select box, and have the users, Ctrl Click their users and then send to a second page that captures the selected users, seperated by a comma (csv) file

Its been tough, but a great success story
