    What's your diet like?

    Five small meals a day to keep the metabolism happy? Trying one of the fads? I'd love to know!

    I only eat when I am hungry. I never have time to actually cook any decent meals myself and my girlfriend canít cook to save her life.

    Its all crisps, coffee and pizza.

    I used to only eat when I was hungry but my doctor wants me to eat 3,000-4,000 calories a day by eating all throughout the day. It's not going well, it's just too much food.

    I am a big vegetable eater and love salads so everyone thinks I'm weird.

    less meat to food after 5 pm and lots of vegetables and eat much much less then before , plus excersise

    I eat pretty average, but if I need junk, I'll eat it in the morning. But yes, eating 5-6 times a day does help your metabolism. No fad... its a fact.

    Tonight I had chicken salad and crackers for dinner. Yum. I don't worry too much about what I eat. I exercise pretty regularly so it keeps the balance.

    Although my diet consists of crap and worse I do eat better then I used to thanks to the fact that I don't have the metabolism of a hummingbird anymore. The fact that I work out regularly let's me get away with eating more crap then I should.
