why don't you just ignore it, it's only a GC - no one's getting any posts out of it.. plus, newbies can see that the community has a sense of humour... perhaps a bit odd, but - still a pulse :-)

The thing that bugs me Ainslie, is whenever I come into GC, it's always up top!

Maybe it should be stickied so it bothers some of us less.

I don't understand why people spend time posting useless, nonsense posts in General Chat all the time. SitePoint is a great community and great resource, and it is really sad that you guys waste your time on General chat instead of using this great site for furthering your knowledge.

You guys should realise that you are tarnishing the professional image of SitePoint and yourselves by this irrational behaviour. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
