My partner and I, just launched our site www.blogspoint.com, and I was able to achieve through some mild marketing a 55 user and 350 unique day for it's very first day on the internet. Now, I was kinda curious, since I was able to achieve results like that on the first day, how difficult would it be to maintain a 50 user a day growth with a 50-100 unique a day growth as well? And what is a standard rate of growth? I don't really have a lot to compare it to really. I'm good at marketing, that's all that I know, so I'm assuming that 50 is a good number for a site's very first day... but is it sustainable? when should a community such as mine become profitable? and what is the standard rate of growth for a similar such site? I really am just looking for some comparison, so I know what numbers I should be happy with and what I should be disappointed with.
