Does your router have more than 2 ports? Most traditional routers have a built in switch, which will allow you to plug in multiple computers, eliminating the need for a hub. Why is it you need to use the hub exactly?

EDIT: I just saw this page, talking about your router: http://www.voyager.bt.com/205/prodinfo.htm

So, I guess my above statement might not help much in your situation. You can connect two computers to this "router", but you need to use one of them to connect via USB, which is probably not what you want to do.

Essentially, you should be able connect the router to the hub, and split each computer from the hub without too much trouble.

Thanks for the reply, i have however sorted my problem out. But in answer to your questions:

Yes the router has one rj45 socket and also a usb port.

I have used a hub as i want the computers linked together (networked) for file sharing and so forth, and also playing games.

    Thanks again for the help

plug the router into the hub through the uplink port (if there isn't one listed then use port 1). Then plug the two PCs into the switch as per normal.
