how to NOT print URL, date, page title, and page number when printing page?

What is the CSS code for causing the URL, date, page title, and page number NOT to print?

    Thanks.

No such thing. The user has to change their browser settings to do this.

If you find it let me know then, because everything I've seen in the last 5 years leads me to believe that this can only be done programmatically via IE-only ActiveX controls.

What I am trying to do is create a form that is printable and the user can file with their company. I have a button on the web form to click if they want to view the printable form. That printable form is the one in question here.

What about if that link went to an autogenerated PDF document, that would work right? Then they would open it adobe and print it if they wish.

If that would work, I'll add some PDF auto-generation package form PEAR.

    What do you think?

Yeah, a generated PDF (or most other types of non-HTML content like Word docs, etc.) will work since you have more control over the final layout. However, depending on how difficult it is it may not be worth doing.
