    Scroll page

    Hi,
I have a site with several pages having an internal scroll bar. I have constructed them fine for pages containing only text, but I cannot seem to get the scroll bar working for pages with both text and images.

    here is the link:
    http://www.kissthesky.com.au/mortgagechoice/geoff.htm

I have tried putting the text within the paragraph (instead of a backround) but I cannot do much with the postioning of the picture this way, so this is no good.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    scroll page

    There's a lot going on with http://www.kissthesky.com.au/mortgagechoice/geoff.htm
some of which may have to do with this w3c HTML validation error:
Line 192, column 34: there is no attribute "BACKGROUND"
    <td valign="top" background="images/whoweare/geoff.jpg"> <div align="cente
    It should be style="background-image: url('images/whoweare/geoff.jpg')"
I get a scrollbar with IE BUT
In Firefox there is no scrollbar, text goes over the bottom nav links to the page bottom, and when text size is increased, it goes over the jpg image as well.
In Opera there is no scrollbar, the text goes outside of the colored background to the side of the left nav links, and beneath the bottom nav links.
In NS there is no scrollbar, text goes beneath the bottom nav links, and when text size is increased, it goes over the jpg image as well.
The lack of scrollbars may be a lack of browser support for overflow-x and overflow-y, try overflow: scroll
If you float the image in the same container as the text it should prevent the problems with larger text sizes.
Also the w3c css validator could not find 2 css files:
CSS/mortgage.css (relative to the page) or http://www.kissthesky.com.au/scroll.css
I would suggest doing what you can and then post a thread in the CSS sub-forum.
