Upgrade. Now.
I'm loving vB3.5 on DigitalPoint. I love how it has "New Posts (Subscribed Forums)" AND "New Posts" in the quick links folder. Do it!

Oh, and when you click edit, the box turns into a textarea, and you can save without waiting for it to load. I think that would save page loads for SP, and save the CPU, no?
(That is, it doesn't have to request the edit page -- of course, it still has to save it.)
Very handy feature. 99% of the time I'm editing my post to fix typos.- Nathan

I'm really looking forward to vB 3.5 comming out - from a moderation point of view it will make Advisors lives sooo much easier! However I doubt that we will see a beta version being applied to these forums, I expect that Tom will wait for the final release before beginning the upgrade process.

Yeah, the inline moderation looks great. Ahh, can't wait.
(Wasn't SP one of the first boards to have vB3, since Wayne got the internal beta?)- Nathan

Yes and no. If I recall SP got an early beta and used it, then did some heavy mods to it. When VB3 was finally released, it took SP forever to complete the change, because of the all the mods they made on the beta.

I'm hoping that maybe (just maybe!) when I make a new post and go back to the topic listing it does not list my topic as "unread".
I made the reply, it shouldn't be "undread".
