Languages?

What kind of language diversity do we have here? And I mean spoken languages, not coded.

I speak a tiny TINY TINY bit of french, but that's borderline. Like, I could go to France and make my way around better than your average American (haha, that's not saying much

), but if I got into a conversation with a French person I'd be confused out of my mind.

(There's my effort to turn general chat into a sensible place again.)

english, malay, a little of : tamil,chinese

all my family knows hindi except me..

English is native, but I do know some basic spanish since I had to take it in high school, and spent some time traveling in Spain. But I do better reading, when people speak, it is so fast and hard to understand

English as main and bits of French, German, Welsh and Spanish. When I started to learn German I forgot a lot of French. Learning Welsh helped me lose German and now that I'm learning Spanish my Welsh is going out the window.

but as you can see, I never learned how to write arabic with an english alphabet. I only learned script. I try though. I just tried to sound out the words
