S/P Slow or just me?

I have been have extremly slow page loads for S/P. Also got a may be slight problem with database message several times. Anyone else notice this or is it just me? Hopelly you guys can get it fixed soon.

Yersterday was slow. I tried to get onto these forums and the server timed out several times.

I put it down to the possibility that Sitepoint forgot to transfer enough funds for their hosting accounts

Just one possibility that went through my mind... But we've had a reprieve for the moment huh?

Don't worry - it's a known issue and we're moving to a new server soon, I promise.

The server tends to slow to a crawl or fail to respond when it is night-time here, which would be daytime in the US I suppose.

That's why I try to browser at least the SPF with image turned off. I'm sure that everyone can find some plugin for Firefox to do this. It makes pages load much faster.
