    About The Books

    Helo guys. I have ordered a book sometime ago and I didn't receive it. I contacat the support section and they never answer my emails. What can I do about this? I want to get some answers . Thank You

    Did you email books [at] sitepoint.com ? We reply within 1 business day to all emails. You should have received an ticket number as an automated reply. If you could pos that number here, I can look into it for you.

    I have tracked your order number and found that a reply was sent to you on the 3rd of March - in the last e-mail our customer support staff were asking which shipping method you would prefer for re-shipment of your lost order.     HI Bree thank you for the response. Well I sent the answer a long time ago of that question but I was wondering when you reship again would please make it a little bit secure or some faster. I really want to receive this book and don't want to lose another order and also am intending to make more orders of the rest of the great books written by site point authors.     Certainly do have news... your order was shipped via Global Express and our tracking information shows that it left the US on the 28th of June, so I would expect you to receive it very soon.

    Global Express? That is very nice guys. So it is secured right? Which means you can track whether or not it has been submitted? Thank You very much . I really appreciate it. By the way, How many days does it take with the Global Express? Thanks Again. I appreciate your help

    Global Express is a secure shipping method that provides tracking - I could tell you how long orders normally take to arrive, however I expect that you have already have received your order by now

    Well that it is secure shipping method and provides tracking really made me rest but I didn't receive it . The last time I check my box was sunday before two days. I can't wait to get it. Thank You

    Hello I have a good news today. I got this one even though I had a lot of problems getting it as you used a different name than my name but I used some people to help me with the post office and they finally gave it to me. I really appreciate your help . From now on I will be using the Global Express thing as it is a sure way to receive orders. Thanks again I really appreciate your help
