From your posts on other threads, I'm not so sure about it. Did you set up the actual MySQL database, or a "database" like on the Yahoo Groups?

okay, well phpBB2 went so well (three days of dogpaddling later) that I am now trying to up load a Petition program.

Are these things even called "programs" anymore?

I must not have it set up right, though . because the php just zipped up... it flew -
    and this isn't moving.

I've looked for a Config file in it, and there isn't one that I can see.

Have you heard of mysql_Petition? I seems good.

phpBB has a built in installer, you just run that, try reading the docs.

Hi, I did, and it didnt' work because of the way that the database ...
it's hard to explain, but the directions to use the database were a little unclear, so I did't have the proper words to fill in the blanks in the phpBB2 installer.

And now I"m having the "same" trouble trying to get mysql_Petition to install. But I think that I'll just post my Yahoo statistics each day.
