I refered to one of my own sites, however, instead of linking to it or anything, I copy and pasted the content so you never had to leave SitePoint, I also never gave a URL (although, it's in my signature)

Am I allowed to do that if it is relevant to the subject? I mean, I don't see why not, but I've already gotten in trouble for self-promotion, and realized that that may be seen as S/P by some people... if it is, I'll remove it and won't do it again.
