What CPA/CPL offers work well internationally?

Does anyone know of some good CPL or CPA campaigns that convert well international markets? I am considering testing some out.

I'm still looking for the same thing. For me its mostly free gaming sites, plus a few others. Most of the CPA ads that I see are USA only, or USA/Can/UK/etc only ... but what I really need are international CPA ads, since I usually use those CPA ads as my network defaults (networks usually taking most of the USA impressions, so I'm left with mostly international defaults) ...

In the past, I've found that the ones that work best for me:
    - something to do with computers or gaming
    - "free" offers, or sweepstakes/contests
    - short registration forms (I'd rather have a $0.30 offer that pays on initial completion of the form instead of $2.50 that pays after the visitor actually DOES something afterwards)

Finding offers that are international is the problem.

In the same situation as you. Need to feed those surfers from India and China with some kind of advertising and don't know what! Noticed that an American Greencard affiliate program has just started up at CJ. Going to give that a push to third-world traffic.

Gozing Surveys (on CJ) pays $1 per lead, and pays for traffic from about 30 different countries (not many from the thrid world though).

On AzoogleAds, I know there's an international free smilie offer. Not sure exactly how much it pays though.

You could set up your chain to just throw free smilies at international visitors, it doesn't pay great, but it's a filler....

30 cents per install.... I dunno how good the ATR is though, never promoted it.

Is there something wrong with going CPC through Adsense? They support a variety of languages.

AdSense pays only for China I believe (.02 CPC). Also, it is said most Asian visitors are not clicking on these ads anyway. In theory, it can cost more to host the damn campaign (PHPADSNEW, MAX Media, etc.) than you can make off of the campaign. This could be the problem why networks stay away from them. However, China is a budding economic powerhouse. It is only a matter a time until we have high paying ads for China. Eastern Europe, however, is a completely different story.
