Adsense PIN number, been over 8 weeks, where is it?

Im in Australia and am still waiting for my PIN, how long does it take to get to international countries? I worried that if I hit "send new PIN" in the system, Id get a new PIN generated and the one Im waiting on would arrive the next day but be unuseable, does it work like that?

I also wondered about that, but no, if you receive the old one after having requested a new, you can input the old one. I.e. best of both worlds...
