Sendin webpage by email

Hi,

I am looking to send a specifically design webpage by email...or send a newsletter, so it looks like a business letter in the email.

I want to be able to send it to my clients, rather than just email telling them about my new website...

You want to send an email in HTML format.
What server-side scripting language you use (or what will you use) to handle this ?

If you use CSS in HTML email, it is best to use inline CSS, since most webmail system strip out linked or embedded CSS.
