What are the highest paid terms in google search? Any idea?

Google doesn't actually reveal the actual amounts that advertisers are paying, but we do know that some of the highest paying keywords relate to lawsuits (vioxx, mesothelioma, lemon law, etc.)
Finance keywords, such as those to do with mortgages, credit cards, investments, and insurance, are also traditionally high paying.-- Jeremy Maddock

think about what you can sell on the internet that doesn't cost much money up front. For instance, "life insurance" pays better than "health insurance"...though both are traditionally high pay clicks.
"charter jets" pays really good, too.
