Short answer: Have a good product, and convince people to buy it.

Aside from that, you can advertise to your target market. Find out who is most likely to buy your product, and how you can get your message to them.

    *Target your advertisements.
*Write high quality, convincing content/sales copy.
*Provide excellent after-the-sale support so your customers will recommend you to their friends.

If what you are asking for is the two sites you have listed the first is very market specific, focus everything on that niche market and you may want to think of Offline advertising at events that market would visit. The 2nd site honestly looks like a scam site (don't take it personally). Any time I see a site that says free so many times in one page I don't take it seriously as there is always a catch. I don't know if you have a traffic counter that may tell you if visitors are checking other pages or hitting and leaving, in which case maybe you could tone it down?.
Good Luck as getting traffic is only half the battle

I'll say don't target on low quality traffic (like those who look for free pics which means they know how to get stuff free and are not willing to pay)
