    Formatted / Rich Text Area

    I am wanting to create a panel inside a web page that has a scroll bar like a <textarea> but I want the content to be formatted with standard html. Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance, Paul.

    Heres the code, Use CSS for the DIV and format the text within it and add images and stuff. This would serve as a good starter file for you to build upon!

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
     "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
     <html>
     <head>
     <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
     <style>
     #scroll {
     	background-color: #CCCCCC;
     	padding: 20px;
     	height: 200px;
     	width: 500px;
     	margin-top: 50px;
     	font-family: Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
     	font-size: 0.8em;
     	font-weight: normal;
     	color: #000000;
     	text-decoration: none;
     	overflow: scroll;
     	line-height: 17px;
     	text-align: justify;
     	display: block;
     }
     #scroll h1 {
     	font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", Times, serif;
     	font-size: 3em;
     	color: #0099FF;
     	text-decoration: none;
     	display: block;
     	border-bottom-width: 1px;
     	border-bottom-style: dashed;
     	border-bottom-color: #0099FF;
     	padding-bottom: 10px;
     }
     #scroll h2 {
     	font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", Times, serif;
     	font-size: 2em;
     	color: #666666;
     	text-decoration: none;
     	font-weight: normal;
     }
     #image {
