When I want to post a tread in the "website check" forum, he sais: "Error: In order to post a new thread in this forum, you must first satisfy the requirements set out in the forum guidelines."

I don't get it, what should I do?

I think you need to make 25 posts in other areas of the forum before you can post in this category.

Do you mean the reviews and critiques forum?
I'm not quite sure which forum you're referring to, but if it is this forum you need to post at least 5 useful length reviews of other sites before your own application for review will be shown.

If you read the rules of whichever forum it is (it will be a sticky), that will explain to you verything you need to know.

Exactly. At the top of every forum with rules is an important thread that explains the rules. Be sure to read that before proceeding to participate in that forum.
