How many people still using IE 5.01?

I've got a design that after much tweaking works perfectly in a large number of browsers except IE 5.01 and before that.

I've seen statistics on browser use on the web, but they usually just say IE 4, IE 5, IE 6 without the versions between. As my design works perfectly in IE 5.5, do I need to worry too much about the earlier versions?

And does anyone have a link to more detailed stats?

According to the stats on my most popular site, I get about 1.3% still using IE 5.01 (4.2% using IE 5.x)

Most people have moved to IE6. If they haven't, then it is their own fault if webpages don't look right.

Not necessarily - it may be that their place of work haven't upgraded browsers recently (you might have heard of a little company called VISA? They're still using IE5.5 in their London offices...)
